3/30/2023 0 Comments Fashion nova return policyThey have advised me that the first refund of $31.98 has been issued back to my credit card and to check with my bank on this which I have repeatedly but there is nothing in my account til date. I live in Singapore and I am still waiting on a refund of $31.98 USD from Octoand another refund of $85.77 USD from 23rd of November 2018. I will be looking into this going forward because what they are doing is illegalĮxtremely terrible customer service. After reading these complaints which all say the same thing I say we all group together and file a class action law suit against this company and report them to BBB as stealing customers money because this is not acceptable. They are scamming everyone of their money. I have checked MULTIPLE times-I am not illiterate. I have been in communication with them and all they say is for me to “check my spam and junk folders” for my e-gift card that ends in “399g”. The only way you can contact this company is via e-mail. They have no phone number for customer service. Since then it has been SIX months and still have not received my store credit (of $235 mind you). I was annoyed but I have experienced this with other online realtors before so I said whatever and sent the items back and waited for my e-gift card. I went to return them only to realize I can’t get my money back-only store credit. I was unhappy with how a lot of the items fit me. I placed an order back in May of this year before going vacation. But you rather to his and scam people! Order number You have a big company like this, it shouldn’t be hard for you to put some type of better customer support in place. 24 hours no gift card 48 hours no gift card today will make 4 days no gift card! So on your honest opinion what you think I should do next ? Exactly what you’re thinking I’ll file a full charge back. The idiot said okay I’ve issue the Evelyn’s you should receive the gift card in your email. I submitted everything & they said the can re ship Or refund at Thai point I’m already angry, so I asked for a full refund. They asked me for pictures of he wrong items and the package slip. But to my surprise the package looks very small, so I quickly opened it just to see 4 items and nothing of what I order, reach out the the trash support and let them know. The package came the next day as promised. Me being so obsessed with shooting hurry on the site and order over $300 in items. I’ve had issues with them in the past, but this time, they by far crossed the line and I’m going to spread the word everywhere!! They’ve just lost a very valuable customer, whom of course, they don’t value at all.So fashion novas had this sales called 1 day rush with 100$ or more. I asked 5 times to be contacted by a manager, and I never have. I asked to cancel my order because it was not what I order and the item I really wanted apparently was out of stock before I ordered it, and they insolently said they can’t cancel my order although it was their mistake! I was extremely disappointed and contacted their customer service 5 times and all the 5 representatives are either ignorant or pretended to be ignorant and responded with ignorance and irrelevance to my request in order to go around the issue and to proceed with the order. They didn’t even bother asking me if I’m interested in replacing it in another item. Fashionnova decided to refund me for that specific item and proceed with the order with the other remaining item without asking me if I'm interested in the order as it is now or not. I did the order specifically for that item. A few days ago I ordered two items and then I received an email that one of them got cancelled. I’ve been a FN customer the past 5 years and I ordered more than 70 times from that site. The Worst Customer Service in the Whole World!!!!!
